2019 Annual Gala & Auction

The annual Gala & Auction benefiting Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy is one of the two major fundraisers that help support the broad array of programs for over 800 children every day at BGCT's seven clubs in our community including. Each day in our Clubs, we emphasize the following key outcomes in our programs: academic success, healthy lifestyles through daily physical fitness, and building strong leaders through character and citizenship mentoring.

Over 78% of the children receiving these services come from low or below poverty level income families. Without sponsors & individuals from our community, club kids would not have the opportunity to: improve their math and reading scores with no summer learning loss, reduce or maintain a healthy BMI, participate in computer technology training, learn to play an instrument or compose a song in the Music Program, achieve reading goals through our Early Literacy program, support community events by volunteering over 1200hrs/year or seeing the ocean or Yosemite for the first time.

Gala Sponsors are our HERO's and it is because of you that all of the life-changing opportunities are made possible.

100% of the net proceeds from the Gala benefit the effective programs & services provided at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy. We achieve this through our compassionate, trained staff whom must meet strict criteria in order to ensure the safety and positive mentoring of youth members. Membership costs just $40/year for a child to participate in all programs for a full year including all day on non-school days and during the summer months with hot meals provided daily.
